Facilities Supervisor (Soft Services)-Leading Pharma Company-Limerick, Ireland

NonStop Pharma are currently recruiting for a leading pharmaceutical and biotech company based in Limerick Ireland, for a Soft Services Facilities Supervisor.

The company have strategic plans in place to become the industry leader and in turn the successful Facilities Supervisor will be entering a role with clear career progression. The position wil be varied form the beginning and then has the capacity to evolve further with new roles being created on an ongoing basis.

As the Facilities Supervisor in this role your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Develop a best in class safety program for all of the on-site services and providers
• Engagement on the CMMS system to manage activities and any escalations
• Implementing programs that address new activities and maintaining status quo across:
• Cleaning management and execution across a large site
• Waste stream operations and management across multiple streams

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• a minimum 5 years' experience working in an FM role or an integrated FM role within a large company profile, at a supervisory or management level.
• A 3rd level qualification in related disciplines (Building Services OR Facilities management) or IFM qualification is desirable.
• Past experience in the management of a large custodial contract and to include general cleaning requirements and management of all waste streams will be advantageous.
• Further demonstrated experience in the management of related soft services including landscaping/grounds maintenance and catering management will be required.
