NonStop Technical is working with a highly specialised electronics manufacturer which provides solutions for the Automotive and Aerospace industry. The client is already established in several markets but is looking to expand its presence in Europe by hiring people in its Sales department. It's a great chance to join a company that is undergoing development on an international level.

You will benefit from the opportunity to grow your business network in several countries. Obtaining new clients and managing the relationships with them will be a primary activity which will help you dive into a very lucrative and technical market. This will ensure that you will have significant business contacts, which will help with your reputation in the industry and aid in expanding your reach on an international level. You will find excitement in providing an added value solution to clients and will create long-lasting relationships with key players in the industry.

You will:

* Ensure Sales Targets are achieved
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction Performance Targets are achieved
* Proactively manage customer expectations through established processes
* Identify new business opportunities
* Establish monitoring systems to track performance against objectives
* Determine company resources to meet company objectives.
* Assist with the market research process and analyse / interpret the results
* Assist with the company sales promotion activities and analyse / interpret the results.
* Attend Industry Trade Shows, Seminars, B2B events and other business networking opportunities
* Manage the company public relations
* In conjunction with the Operations Director Europe establish Sales targets by customer and market classification

Your profile:

* Sales experience in a relevant senior Field Sales & Marketing / Key Account Management role within the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry
* Degree in Electronics Engineering or Sciences
* Significant knowledge & experience of sales / business planning
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
