Job Details
A North West based local authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their team, in a Child Protection role.
The successful applicant will be in a very stable team; in a really friendly environment led by a supportive manager meaning there is every opportunity to train and develop within the role; and you will feel completely part of a team.
You will also have the opportunity to have training so there is room for progression, meaning you'll have a chance to improve your skills at the same time as earning more money. This means you'll be more likely to secure a senior role in the future.
What's on offer?
* Low caseloads (averaging 20 per QSW)
* Really supportive management team
* Ability to move up through the ranks - current Team Manager began as a locum and is now a permanent member of staff
What they need?
* At least 2 years of child protection and court work experience
* The ability to come in and hit the ground running
* Understanding of PLO
