A London based local authority is looking for a Practice Manager to join their team, in a Child Protection & Assessment role that has opened up as a result of the local authority looking to expand their services.
The successful post holder will be managing 3-4 QSW's who have a very low caseload averaging at 18 per person. This means that the QSW's will be a lot stressed making your job a lot easier.

This is an excellent opportunity if you are keen to take a step up in your career, and to get into management. The team is small and you will be supported by a Businesses Support Officer with supervision once per week.
To be considered you should have experience as a Senior Practitioner/Senior Social Worker within an Assessment team.
