Job Details
A North West based local authority is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their team, in a Child in Need role.
This is a busy team that are currently working 25 cases per QSW, however they are now hiring in order to bring this down to approximately 18 per person, some of the lowest in the area. This means you'll have more time to spend with the children themselves and in turn have a better work/life balance.
There is also flexible working available and home working dependant on caseloads, meaning there is the ability to really get back what you put in.

* Someone who can handle CIN meetings, CP conference or court proceedings
* 2 years post qualifying preferably in CP or CIN
