Dev Ops Engineer - Bioinformatics and Genomics - Cloud-Based Diagnostics Service
Working within the Genomics and Bioinformatics R&D cluster, the Dev Ops Engineer in this role will be developing, building and validating a software package for Genomic analysis. In close cooperation with the full software development team, you'll be developing and maintaining a growing portfolio of SaaS assets which could be everyday news in tomorrow's medicine.
Key requirements:
* Familiarity with ISO 27001 is a plus.
* Solid knowledge of Linux at Sysadmin level (specifically Ubuntu LTS server/Debian/RHEL)
* Rabbitmq, Celery, Nginx, uWSGI, logstash, elasticsearch as well as Redis, Couchbase and other NoSQL databases
* Some cloud environment experience will be a huge benefit in this role, for example Amazon Web Services (EC2, VPC, EFS, S3), OpenStack or equivalent
* Service monitoring and logging experience (Zabbix, Graphana, Splunk, AppDynamics, DataDog, new Relic…)
And most importantly:
* Keen interest in learning more about medical device software development!
