There is always a slight hesitation when considering joining a very new company and especially one in a highly competitive industry.... there will be questions over the stability of the company, questions about funding... questions about the competence of management..... However as this company is a joint venture between two already individually successful company's.... they have the knowledge, talent and experience to provide you a company that you can truly grow within as the company grows! Due to the size of the company, you will gain a full end to end overview of all aspects of R&D through to production and manufacturing.

This position is the link between the innovation of R&D and the "brining to life" production teams - you will be the sole process lead for bringing the fantastic idea's of the R&D department to the customer and ensuring the product not only works in theory but can be brought to the masses! We need an expert in skin care / emulsions formulation with strong knowledge of industrialisation of these products.... also we are looking for a french speaker!
