Business Development - Flexible Working - API/Specialty Pharma Distribution

Looking for a commercial role within a quality-focused Swiss employer in the API business? NonStop are working with a highly-regarded Mittelstand firm with an established global presence in Pharmaceutical Ingredient, Hormone and Steroid distribution, with solid contacts to key customers across Asia, Europe, USA and LATAM.

To add to their small local presence in Germany (base in Hamburg-region) they are looking to hire a Business Development Manager for a flexible home-based or office-based role, focussed on Acquisitions. Working from anywhere in Germany, or indeed from their Swiss office in Basel, you will take charge of BD activities reporting directly to the Germany GM and be a leading influence on the DACH business and indeed on Western Europe.

Key in this role:

* Some pre-existing network with customers for API, Hormone or Steroid / Pharmaceutical ingredient products
* Fluent German with excellent English
* Strong "closing" attitude and the desire to develop business (i.e. Hunter mentality!)

The role will report into the office near Hamburg with frequent contact (in person and remote) with Basel. Due to a heavy internal focus on working "smart" and not just "hard", flexible working will be a key attribute in this position, with freedom to set your own schedule, office days, and more.
