Fast-growing company specialized in the R&D, registration, sales and marketing at global level of pesticides, bio-pesticides and fertilizers is looking for a technical sales manager to join them on a full-time basis.
The company is based in the Netherlands, but they sell innovative products worldwide.

The company is expanding a lot recently and this is indeed the best time to join the business since as the company will structure more the chances for you to grow within it are real.

The person is required to travel 3-4 months per year. This will give you the chance to expand your business network massively and enrich your person from the cultural point of view as you will get in touch with professionals from all over the world.

The company invests in their employees and is ready to welcome people from all over the world, providing VISA for the right candidate if he/she is not a EU citizen.


Requirements:
_ You will hold a scientific degree (ideally Chemistry or Agronomy, or alternatively a Chemical/Agrochemical-related degree)
_ at least 5 years of professional experience in sales on Pesticides and/or fertilizers
_ proven international sales experience
_skilled in Marketing strategies, sales and commercial activities
_ Fluency in written and spoken English, plus fluency in Spanish is a big advantage as you will need to deal with Latin American countries as well
_ willing to travel 3-4 months per year
