NonStop Recruitment is currently working with a well-established branded company that has worked passionately with natural and organic products for 30 years, and they are now looking for a Product Developer to shape the future of their Decoratives department. This is a golden ticket into R&D of your own unique products.

The company is looking for a talent with:
- 1+ years of experience in colour formulation
- Fluency in English and professional level of German
- Passionate and Innovative

This role will give you the chance to work independently on your own products, following them from just bein an idea to creating the final product. Being able to see the process from start to finish will advance and widen your skillset, give you full creative freedom, let you report directly to the top of the company and it is the perfect way to show-off and progress in your career.
