For those candidates with a strong Scientific background and interest to go into a slightly more commercial role we are delighted to introduce a Global position which will be working across functional teams and will be covering both Medical and Marketing areas. The company has several manufacturing site across the world and is one of the Pharmaceutical companies that have their manufacturing sites in Switzerland. They are currently growing their commercial department and area looking for Medical/ Marketing specialists that will be the link between the technical and commercial departments.

The role:

On this position you will have the important task to manage and coordinate both technical and commercial teams. You will be translating Marketing and sales strategies back to the R&D, Supply Chain and Quality teams. Also, managing KOLs, customers and clinicians, organising events and conferences, delivering presentations that are both scientific and medical.

Your profile:

Due to the scientific and clinical focus of the role we are looking for candidates with a string medical and scientific background. You are expected to have Project Management, Clinical, Scientific experience; any Marketing background will be a definite advantage. You will be based in the Headquarters of the company (Zurich area) but the languages would not be high priority for the client - English is essential and German would be considered an advantage.
