Head of Quality - Global MedTech based in scenic Switzerland - German a MUST - key role

We are looking for a senior QA professional with solid QA experience in the Medical Devices sector, to take on a key role as Head of Quality and member of the site leadership team. This role is both strategic and hands on in nature : managing strategic QM projects in cooperation with local and global management, staff management, administrative and technical direction to the department, and with leadership through direct involvement in the day to day activities: Responsibility for planning and performing internal and supplier audits, monitoring CAPAs, implementing regulatory and company-specific requirements, acting as site representative for customer and Notified Body audits, and overall ensuring QMS compliance locally. Training in GxP and promoting the Quality culture witin the organisation is also an important

Our client is located in central Switzerland with strong development and manufacturing expertise across a range of Medical devices products - A very good knowledge of German and English are both necessary for this role.
