General Manager - Flavours - Expand European Business

Following its most recent acquisition, my client is now looking for a General Manager to help them expand their business across Europe.
Specialised in the creation and manufacturing of Flavours, this will be the chance for you to join a well established business in the industry. Extremely dynamic, it is a growing business that you will be joining, this position is aimed at "builders". Despite the exisiting infrastructures, your responsibilities will include the implementation of new ones in order to help the business' growth. With this opportunity, you will be working in full autonomy and will be part of the decision-making team. Therefore, your experience as a leader will also be of great use...a team of over 15 people is waiting for you on the Italian site, where you will be based!

Profile:
*At least 5 years holding a similar position: General Manager, Sales Director, Key Account Director etc.
*Experience within the Flavours & Specialty Ingredients industry is a must
*B2B food ingredients knowledge
*Based in Italy
*Fluency in Italian and English is necessary
