QA Manager - Innovative products in pharma - Ghent

A Pharmaceutical company that is developing innovative products is looking for a motivated Quality Assurance Manager to strengthen their team in Ghent, Belgium.

As this company is creating advanced products. This is a more scientifically challenging opportunity where you can expand your knowledge which will be very interesting for you.

You will report to the Head of Quality Assurance and play one of the key parts in the company as you'll envision how business needs can be translated into concrete quality plans serving business objectives.

More specifically you will:

* Drive the integration of the quality vision within the organisation
* Quality Management System
* Build a culture of compliance across the organisation;
* Ensures GxP compliance enabling data-based decision making
* Develops GCP/GLP inspection readiness plans and drives the execution thereof;
* Actively participates in the execution of external party audits and assists in CAPA definition
* Assists with the implementation of risk based tools for GxP activities.

Do you have:

* A Master's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent through education and experience;
* A Strong background in quality management in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
* Knowledge of GCP / GLP regulatory requirements
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
* Speak English
