One of NonStop's long standing clients are actively searching for an Office Manager to join their international team at their UK base in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for any customer service professionals with some good experience in administration and secretarial work who is looking to work for an innovative medical diagnostics company and take on a 1 year contract that will see you working closely with cross functional teams (both locally and internationally), as well as becoming an integral member of the task force.


As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including order and inventory management, database integrity and executive secretarial work. Working closely with other professionals in the medical device field will help to enhance your skill set, as well as improving your communication skills and time management. All of these qualities will increase your employment opportunities for the future, as well as give you a great insight into the medical field as a whole. This position will initially be offered as a 1 year contract, however the possibility to extend into a full time position is high given the continued expansion of the company.


Key Requirements for this Office manager position include:
* At least 5 years of office management / secretarial experience
* An educational background to degree level. Preference will go to those coming from lifesciences but this is not essential
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience with CRM or ERP systems
* Candidates must be based in Cambridge or have the ability to relocate to the region
