Job Details
A knowledge of higher education, particularly widening participation, student support and issues effecting students from a wide range of backgrounds is desirable. It is important that you can demonstrate solid transferable skills, passion and commitment. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service, time-management and communication skills as well as competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook) and experience of Customer Relationship Management Systems.
The Student Services Centre is staffed 0800-1800 Monday to Friday with extended hours until 2000 during peak periods and the post holder will be required to keep a flexible working pattern within these times. Some weekend work will be required to support events and Open Days.
