NonStop Technical is working with a leading company that is specialising in the Electronics Manufacturing Services market in multiple industries, including Automotive, Aerospace, Medical, Industry. They are actively expanding their Sales Department at the moment in multiple European regions. We are assisting them by looking to hire a Sales Manager for the Belgian and French markets.

This is a new area for the company meaning that you will have a lot of freedom and independence to develop these new markets. At the same time you will receive the necessary technical support from R&D, and the managerial support from Senior Management in order to capitalise on the opportunities in the assigned region. It's a fantastic chance for you to join an already leading provider which is in expanding phase. You will play an important role and will contribute massively to the exploitation of new lucrative markets. You will develop strong relationships with your clients and future network, thus giving you the ability to further specialise in the market and grow your network on an international level. You will become a highly-valued expert which will bring in extra value to his/her clients - which is the goal for the company due to its specialsation.

You will:

* Ensure Sales Targets are achieved
* Ensure Customer Satisfaction Performance Targets are achieved
* Proactively manage customer expectations through established processes
* Identify new business opportunities
* Establish monitoring systems to track performance against objectives
* Determine company resources to meet company objectives.
* Assist with the market research process and analyse / interpret the results
* Assist with the company sales promotion activities and analyse / interpret the results.
* Attend Industry Trade Shows, Seminars, B2B events and other business networking opportunities
* Manage the company public relations
* In conjunction with the Operations Director Europe establish Sales targets by customer and market classification

Your profile:

* Sales experience in a relevant senior Field Sales & Marketing / Key Account Management role within the Electronics Manufacturing Services Industry
* Degree in Electronics Engineering or Sciences
* Significant knowledge & experience of sales / business planning
* Fluent in French, Dutch and English
