Data Scientist- Diverse Projects!

Data Analytics team. With a great track record of showing value in the business, they are expanding the team and looking for diverse individuals to join them. To further strengthen the team, they are looking for a Data Scientist to join the team.

What is so great about this team is that you will not just be working in one area of the business but actually working on providing insights in areas such as Customer Analytics, Fraud, Risk, Marketing and more! This is a role where you will have the chance to really get involved in the technical element but also be very much involved in the Business side too.

The Role
* The development of predictive data mining models for customer evaluation and segmentation as well as ad-hoc data analysis using R, Python, Spark and SQL.
* Implementation and maintenance of interactive dashboards with R / Python and Tableau.
* Participation in the further development and administration of our Advanced Analytics & Data Discovery Platform.

You will be working in a diverse team of 9 people which will give you the chance to work on a range of projects with colleagues with different skill sets.

Requirements
A University degree with a focus on data science, statistics, computer science or a corresponding science education and practical experience with big data and advanced analytics.

In addition to solid data analysis and visualization skills, you have very good programming skills in R or Python as well as SQL and have already gained experience with complex relational database management systems (Microsoft SQL Server / Oracle) as well as Hadoop / Spark environments.
