Social Worker - CWD - Good Salary!
NonStop's client, based in the South East are looking for a Social Worker to join their Children With Disabilities Teams. They offer a guaranteed capped caseload of 15, which is considerably lower compared to surrounding Local Authorities. Their aim is to allow social workers to go back to enjoying their day to day work by being in a position to manage their workload.
They are looking to move quickly for this position and will hold interviews immediately, if you are looking to get into your next position this could be ideal.
Ideally candidates you will have worked within a Children With DisabilitiesTeam. This is a permanent job, bringing you an increased level of stability. The salary banding starts at £35,500 to secure strong candidates, the salary can be increased and is combined with a £2k Golden Hello so having a competitive salary will leave you with more cash in your pocket.
