Group Leader Test Engineering - Hardware & Software test experience, electronics products - Scenic Switzerland - German/English
This is an opportunity for a Senior Tester to step up into a management role while still participating in hands on testing. the person should be familiar with Hardware and Software aspects of testing electronics products (PCBAs and finished goods) - our client is a Swiss based developer and manufacturer of electronics products aimed at a range of market sectors including Medical devices, Communications, Power tools, Energy, Automotive and also the high end consumer market.
Technical expertise essential - Management training can be provided.
Day to day tasks then include
- Technical and daily management of the Test Engineering department (7), also including cost control/budgeting and employee development
- Responsibility for the development and implementation of assembly and test concepts for the production of electronic assemblies
- Responsibility for the technical support of the operated test device
- Continuous improvement of processes and processes in the responsible areas
As such we are looking for a German/English speaking professional with a background in electronics and device manufacturing and test development for electronic assemblies. Having worked in the Medical Devices sector is a bonus.
