I have been hired by an 'Outstanding' rated Independent Fostering Provider to help them expand their talent pool in 2018 to support the service through sustained growth and development.

What your role will involve:

• Your role as Team Manager will be to take part in the provision of an 'out of hours' service on the senior duty rota.
• You will be managing a team of 6 Supervising Social Workers (Providing them with support and supervision)
• You'll be managing a high quality fostering service, ensuring that comprehensive support services and supervision is provided to all foster carers
• You will contribute to maintaining the agency's high standards, in order to promote positive outcomes for children and young people, and ensure that social work and foster care practice continues to achieve 'Outstanding' or 'Good' in Ofsted inspections
• You will work within financial budgets (determined by the Board) and promote good practice and placement stability, to ensure the continuing security of the company.
