Job Details

The Curriculum Management Team (CMT) is responsible for the management of curriculum data across all five Colleges, including creating and modifying programmes and modules and reporting from the student records system. The team, being part of the Policy sub-division, also undertakes projects and activities related to HESA returns, tuition fees, teaching splits and the Student Loans Company.

The Curriculum Management Administrator (CMA) will be expected to support CMT by managing the administrative workload in a professional and proactive manner.

Requirements:

  • General education to at least GCSE, including Grade C in English.
  • Experience of working in an office administrative role.
  • Confident and competent in the use of IT especially in the use of databases (Access), Outlook (email, diary, tasks), spreadsheets (Excel) and word processing (Word).
  • Good interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • A good level of initiative is required and a capacity to work independently.
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
