This is a great role for a professional to be involved in a planning position for a global organisation. Working closely with your line manager, your role will be focused on managing the Value Stream Planning team to optimize Production planning / shipping and deployment of all designated value stream products against inventory and service targets, providing markets with the stock they require matching their forecast / customer orders whilst achieving inventory objectives throughout the supply chain.

Main duties include:

* Ensure action plans and strategies are in line to deliver X Chart targets.
* Support all areas within the factory to achieve common goals.
* Recruit, retain and develop organisation to required level of capability.
* Benchmark and pro-actively provide industry leading improvement opportunities to enhance the factory performance.

Regarding experience my client is looking for people with a background in FMCG and planning within supply chain. This is an English speaking environment and experience in EU is needed.
