Due to recent funding that this local authority has received and internal promotions, NonStop Care is working with an authority that has a number of social worker positions available.

With this authority having capped caseloads at 20, this makes for a more manageable workload. Allowing social workers in the team more time on their cases and more balance with there work and home life. This local authority is committed to creating stronger communities and increasing resilience within children's services. Ensuring that people get the personalised care they need and additionally will create a better work life balances for the social workers.

This is an opportunity for you to offer guidance and support to the young people and children. You will have a positive impact on their lives by ensuring that they are safe from harm and neglect.

Apply if you extensive experience within the children's services. You must also have experience in Child Protection/Children in Need, Court Work and Referral and Assessment. A Social Work Degree and a HCPC registration are also required.
