Do you feel ready to take on people management responsibilities? I can present you an opportunity as Regulatory Affairs Manager where you can lead a small team of 3 people. It is the perfect way to practice direct management skills which will be valuable to grow in your career.
You will be the link between the clients and 3 people on your team, while you can also still focus on Regulatory work. Therefore you will have a good overview of all different projects and every day will feel different and exciting. If you like to have a helicopter view and keep learning, this will be a good next step for you.
What do you need?
- Life Sciences degree or equivalent by experience
- Some years experience in Regulatory Affairs
- Leadership skills
- Fluent level of English, Dutch and/or French is preferred
