Job Details
My client is an agrochemical player that is going through a strong phase of growth. They just bought a new production site in Portugal and to support this process they are looking for an experienced accountant to join the team. You will be the first person opening the new books for this production site. This means that you will have a lot of autonomy and decision making freedom to shape the role, fit to your expertise.
Being the first chartered accountant means that you will join this project from the start and will be able to grow along the way. If the company grows further, you will have internal growth opportunities, growing to team leader.
To be successful:
* Chartered accountant in Portugal
* Good knowledge of Portuguese grants and tax systems
* Experience in the (agro) chemical industry would be a big plus
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
* Living in the Lisbon area
