Security Architect - Consultancy with global offices- London

An independently operated cybersecurity consultancy is looking for a Security Architect based in London, expanding business, competitive salary- additional benefits.

An independently operated cybersecurity consultancy that provides high quality consulting to find best solutions to clients combatting information security challenges is looking for a Security Architect. Among their biggest clients are government organisations and major corporations.
Following a successful year, the company is growing rapidly and expanding their team and services. With offices in the UK, Germany, New York and Australia they are recruiting a Security Architect in London to support an expanding business.

Among the main tasks:
* To support the technical development team and contribute to company technical processes overall
* To line manage, provide training and mentoring to other consultants on projects and in internal training courses, as well as suggesting other training requirements for individuals
* To Manage projects and programme delivery to time and to budget
* To Maintain relevant professional certifications and contribute to industry bodies as appropriate
* To write technical documentation, helping to set company standards for reporting, project, and technical QA

Profile they are looking for:
* Proven track record of delivering technical projects
* Leadership skills and proven track record of managing and mentoring teams
* Considerable experience of identifying and implementing cyber security controls necessary for complex IT projects.
* Proven experience in describing and communicating cyber risk and why it is a key driver for IT Security Architecture.
* Strong organisational skills, able to adjust to rapidly changing requirements.
* Experience in designing coherent IT Security solutions
* Experience in assessing IT Security solutions across a range of frameworks (NCSC, NIST, CIS, COBIT and SABSA)
* UK Security Clearances (or willingness to apply for)

Ideally also :
Previous financial services sector experience
Previous consultative client facing experience
Project management and people management qualifications
