The role
The University of Queensland Library is looking for an innovative and motivated Technology Trainer to assist in the effective preparation and delivery of face to face or online (either developed in-house or commercial packages) technology based training programs for staff and students to support a range of digital literacies. This involves monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of identified staff and student training programs. See Position Description for further duties.
The person
Applicants should have a degree preferably in IT or in Information Science related applications, or a combination of relevant experience and/or training. Applicants must have experience in training needs analysis, development, delivery and assessment of training programs for adults, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Remuneration
This is a full-time (36:15 hours per week), fixed term appointment at HEW Level 5 for 6 months. The remuneration package will be in the range $64,597.80 to $72,348.94 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $70,734.59 to $84,648.26 p.a.).
