Internal Communications and Engagement Manager

The University’s strategic ambitions require us to change our approach across a range of areas within our core activities: student education and research and innovation. To successfully implement our delivery plans, we’ll need to enable genuine two-way staff engagement, which means developing the service and channels we offer through our internal communications team. We are looking for an internal communications expert to contribute to this fundamental work. You will have a strong ability, experience and evidence of establishing, developing and managing best practice internal communication channels and content. You will also be creative in helping the University to deliver change, ensuring staff have the information they need to thrive at Leeds and feel a part of our diverse community of more than 7,000 staff of around 100 nationalities.
