Senior Clinical Programmer- Contract- Managing a team, Top Tier Pharma, North London, 6+ Months

Currently searching for a contractor/freelancer with strong clinical programming experience to help lead a growing clinical team for a global pharmaceutical company. The role with have a focus on up-skilling the current team and helping to raise the standards of the DDE programming and SOPs.It's an interesting role for someone who likes mentoring and management, who also enjoys the hands on elements of clinical programming.

The client has a significant pipeline, hence this role can go a long way as the teams expand! From our experience of this client, contract extensions are common, retention is good and you get to work with very high quality colleagues. Basic Responsibilities:
* Mentoring and coaching a team of junior programmers
* Building of SOPs and new systems
* Working across clinical functions

Key Requirements:
* Experience working within languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, C# or SAS
* Strong experience in clinical data management
* Broad knowledge of the pharma industry and how large pharma systems works
