As a Regulatory Specialist Team Leader working across a diverse product range, you will be the main point of contact concerning REACh and Biocides being the subject matter expert. This is based around compliance acitivities.

This will mean you are the reference point to internal stakeholders concerning REACh compliance as well as REACh training to existing and new members of staff.

Given the cross category product encouragement, you may get exposure to other EU regulations outside of REACh.

As the Compliance team leader you will be involved in Project managing the compliance of REACH and biocides for existing and new product developments.

Developing SOPs on REACH for Procurement and Supply.

Working with emerging markets, particularly within regions newly affected by REACh.

Ensuring suppliers are REACh compliant and that raw materials are in compliance with changing gudilines.

Constantly improving regulatory intelligence tools and acting as project lead.

QUALIFICATIONS

Educated to degree level, ideally in Chemsitry. Other science related subjects will be considered. Experience is of greater value and importance.

Strong background with REACh compliance issues and a good awareness of REACh. CVs should demonstrate hands on industry experience with REACh and other regulatory issues.

We will consider applicants who may not be strong in REACh but have experience with Cosmetics or Biocides.
