The company is searching for Process Development Engineer to transfer, develop and improve new and existing processes used in the manufacturing of medical devices.. The role is varied, and its scope may be adapted to play to the strengths of the successful applicant, however the key responsibilities will involve:

* working with ultra-low volume dispensing, die & wire bond, assembly, calibration and test processes;
* Ensuring the Wales manufacturing facility remains in compliance as required to maintain ISO13485 quality standard
* Production process and efficiency improvement
* Design, source and implementation of the optimum production equipment, processes and associated facilities
* Management of several projects, final packaging and testing

Skills required:
* Knowledge and practice of six sigma methods
* GMP
* PFMEA
* Process & Equipment Validation
* project management skills
* Knowledge of the principles of lean manufacturing
