This pharmaceutical client of mine is looking for an experienced Drug Safety manager to help lead their PV teams and ensure that growth and development of themselves, their team and the process are the number one priority!

With a heavy emphasis on line and team management you will be the type of person who leads from the front, training PV professionals to ensure that they are aware of all regulation changes, new processes being implemented in the department and continue to help improve their efficiency and knowledge in PV.

With the PV activities you will be overseeing quality in ICSR's, assist in the creation of SOP's, and being involved with training and development plans for the team. This is a role that requires someone who knows how to lead people. If you can show examples of how you have developed a team or an individual this is going to be your advantage. Of course you will have a strong knowledge surrounding the ICSR reporting procedures and follow up guidelines as well!
With you having a very clear focus on developing your team, this organisation do the same for their managers, many of this positions become available through people being promoted and a lot of time and money is put into employees who show they have the potential to go further.

Based in High Wycombe you will benefit from working outside of London so lower travel and renting costs, mixed in with enjoying a nice environment outside of the office, less rushing around, less rush hour traffic but instead a bit more peace and quiet!

The requirements for this role are as follows:
* Life Science Degree
* 5+ years in the PV Management roles
* Experience and Examples of line management responsibilities
