Duties and responsibilities:
Inherent requirements:
Required competencies:
- A good understanding of the management of change, diversity and perceptions.
- Good human relations, interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a service orientation.
- Business acumen.

- Building coalitions
Recommendations:
- A combination of work experience in both the higher education and private sectors.
- Experience in other Human Resources disciplines.
Term of office:
Five (5) years, with the possibility of reappointment for a further term.
Assumption of duties:
As soon as possible.
