Job Details
Our customer is now looking for an Account Manager for the Southern of Europe especially in Italy as the person would have to go around South of Europe and especially Italy to grow this market. It is an amazing opporuntity to be part of a family business giving you lots of autonomy and freedom in the way they are operationg
Selling Raw Materials that has seen constant grow in sales by 8% every year and generated revenue that goes from 350MCHF to 300MCHF. Another great thing about its german company is the type of product they are looking for, very fashionable as they are 100% natural. A great opportunity to sell innovative and futurist product.
Responsabilities :
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
- Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
It is a Home Office position
