Field Application Specialist - Diagnostics - Switzerland GER, ENG
Do you have experience in working as an Application Specialist in Switzerland, ideally from Diagnostics? Do you speak both fluent German and good English? Then we have a great opportunity for you!

Your tasks will include:
- Support project activities with defining, setting-up and installing feasibility or demo units for and at customer sites
- Meet customer expectations and milestones
- Assist in the concepts definition and proposal writing
- Implementation, testing, de-bugging and optimizing of customer protocols or applications in the early project phases
- Support sales representatives at their sales efforts, product demonstrations and trade shows
- Assist with product installation and support for set-up and during trade shows
- Participate in meetings, conferences, workshops and trainings with internal and external stakeholders
- Escalate issues in connection with customer complaints, exceeding deadlines and other critical occurrences within the Partnering division to ensure success for the copmany and for the customer
Who we are looking for:
- Master in natural science (Molecular & Cell Biology, Chemistry, Biomedical)
- Further education in project management is a plus
- Experience in System Engineering is a plus
- Several years of experience in liquid handling and robotics
- Field application support experience with complex systems
- Fluent English and German skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Sense of business and client urgency
- Willingness to travel
