An exclusive EHS Management position has come up with one of our most distinguished clients. This is an EHS Management role focussed on strategic leadership and ongoing process development.

If you are an experienced EHS Manager form a manufacturing /production background we would love to hear form you! With solid growth plans in place we would like an ambitious EHS Manager, with the urge to grow to more senior levels within the organisation.

As the HSE Manager your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Leading and developing a team of around 5 professionals.
• Being part of the global team, providing strategic advice to the site manager and senior directors.
• Looking after sites of up to 400 people, with the business having over 4000 staff.
• Develop key risk assessment documents to a highly regulated standard.

The Ideal Candidate For This Role Will Have

• A strong HSE background from a highly regulated industry like chemical, pharmaceuticals, medical devices or automotive as an example.
• Previous leadership experience would be a great advantage.
• Good project management skills.
• Strong ability to communicate successfully to large teams and stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
