Are you excited about engaging with staff and students on sustainability and trying out new ideas to make a positive difference?

Are you interested in driving development of sustainability in the curriculum, from liaising with different faculty’s to include sustainability within their education programme, to supporting students with sustainability projects?

Do you want to join a dynamic and committed team to help drive forward sustainability at the University?

 Sustainability at the University of Leeds has a high profile and is being embedded throughout the organisation; driven through our ambitious Sustainability Strategy. This role will support this vision, working across our key themes to build knowledge through embedding sustainability into curriculum programmes and student research, overseeing our Student Sustainability Architects and ensuring our sustainability message is heard during student induction, and at open days, conferences and events. This role is key to ensuring that our students understand the importance of sustainability helping us to ensure our campus is a sustainable and vibrant place to be. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisation skills, who can build and develop strong working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, with the confidence to motivate change at all levels. We are looking for someone who has energy and passion to inspire our staff and students and who can apply their excellent working knowledge and experience of sustainability to develop creative and innovative approaches to our sustainability challenges.
