NonStop Technical is working with a reputable and global Automotive OEM which has a strong presence in the tyre market for passenger vehicles. The company is currently undergoing through an expansion process in Belgium and is looking to hire a Business Development Manager who will supervise the existing sales team in the country.

If you feel like you take on a lot of responsibilities but do not get the right amount of rewards in return, then you definitely want to check this out. Our client is offering a high-level position where you only report to the Global HQ. You will be in charge of a sales team, manage key accounts, and also bring new business to the organisaiton. For contributing to the expansion of the company in Belgium, you will be highly rewarded. An important note - you don't have to come from a Director's position to be suitable for this, which means you have a fantastic opportunity to increase your wages, your responsibilities and become a well-esteemed expert in the field.

You will:

* Create and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and existing ones
* Implement new network development initiatives
* Develop and present the company's branding and professional profile
* Formulate and execute marketing and pricing strategies with existing and potential clients

Your profile:

* Extensive experience in the Automotive Tyre industry in a Sales & BD and/or Project Management function
* Ability to plan, develop and execute business development strategies
* Experience in risk analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
* Ability to develop and implement B2B sales strategies
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong experience in negotiations and CRM
* Fluent in English, Dutch and French
* University Degree

For this permanent position our client is offering a salary package of EUR 85,000+ plus bonuses, benefits and company car.
