Senior HSE Manager - Lead Multiple Line Management Staff - NL

My client is a world known chemical company that produces specialty chemicals and are active internationally. To further expand their HSE team in the Netherlands they are now looking for a HSE Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple sites in the Netherlands as well as leading all line management.

As a Senior HSE Manager you will apply your no-nonsense and hands-on mentality to further improve HSE standars and you will be active on a strategic level as well as spend time on the work floor to make sure sites are compliant with the HSE policies.

The successful candidate has:

- At least 3 years of broad people management skills in managerial HSE position
- At least 5 years of working in the chemical industry
- A HVK/equivalent
- Strong knowledge of BRZO/Seveso directive
- Excellent English and Dutch
