Job Details
My client is an agrochemical manufacturer that just bought a new manufacturing site in Portugal. They are expanding heavily and are current planning to start selling products from their mother company in Europe. This means that the Bio stimulant and Fertiliser market in Europe is not established, giving you a great chance to really help and push this portfolio forward.
As a senior specialist you will use your product and market knowledge to work closely together with the Regulatory, R&D and sales team and establish best ways to enter the market. Being the first person doing this for Europe, gives you a lot of decision making freedom and the chance to really shape the scope of this role.
If the turnover of this portfolio grows within Europe, they might be hiring extra product managers, giving you the chance to grow internally to more senior positions. The ideal candidate is based in the Lisbon area, but also strong home-office workers can be considered
To be successful:
* Strong technical knowledge with Fertilisers and/or bio stimulants
* Solid product management/marketing experience
* Knowledge with bringing new products to market
* Having worked for multiple Geographical markets (not just product management experience for one country)
* Fluency in English
* Valid EU passport
