I am currently recruiting for a application technician for our client, a stable speciality chemical development company, working on a cutting edge research and development program that will revolutionise the industry. For this position you will be mainly responsible for the application development for the adhesives market and develop strong relationships with clients and customer across a number of countries.
Working with a close-knit international team, you will become one of the pillars in charge of developing the whole research program from the early days of the company. You will see the company grow, develop, succeed and will play a very important part in their growth.
It is your time to join the company at a very key point in their history, when they are still going through the research phases and hiring the right people to ensure that their product reaches efficiently their targeted markets and can impact thousands of industries throughout the world.
Your missions will include, but not be limited to:
- Overseeing the whole research of technical and product development
- Taking care of unit, functional and integration testing
- Being the interface with the internal cross-functional team
- Application technical support and advice to national companies, agencies and customers
- Creating technical documentation and development of information materials to support the sale
- Presentation of new developments in customers
The ideal profile will have:
- Experience in Chemical Technical Management
- Experience in R&D - polymers
- Background in the paper chemicals industry
- Fluent in German & English
