Job Details
You will line manage a dynamic team of administrators who work closely to ensure effective and efficient delivery of key School activities.
You will be responsible for the provision of high level support to the senior leaders in the School of Experimental Psychology, principally the Head of School and School Manager, but also to other members of the Senior Management Team as needed. This position will require facilitation of School communications, including managing the website; service key School Committees and provide high quality personal assistant support to the Head of School and School Manager. The role holder will play a key role in supporting a wide range of School initiatives and projects.
Applicants must have a proven track record in administration. Your customer service and communication skills must be first rate and must be able to form effective relationships with staff and stakeholders at all levels. You must be highly organised, with a flexible, proactive and supportive approach to work and the ability to quickly grasp and understand new IT systems.
Candidate will be expected to be available on 10th or 11th of July and will be combined with interviews for the Senior Executive Assistant posts in The School of Economics Finance and Management (SUPP104184). Separate applications must be submitted if you are interested in applying to both schools.
