Sales Planner - Dynamic Automotive Company in Belgium

NonStop Technical is working with an Automotive Car Manufacturer in Belgium which is looking to expand its Sales Operations department by hiring a Sales Planner.

You will be learning quickly in the field of Sales Operations and you will also have the chance to progress in different other functions like marketing, B2B sales, strategy, etc. It'd be a great foundation for you, especially given the fact that the organisation is known for promoting its own people on a regular basis. You will have the chance to become a manager in a matter of less than 5 years.

Your responsibilities:

-Being the internal point of reference for market analysis and the monitoring of the network performance in Belgium & Luxembourg

-Analysing the data and reporting the information in a clear and structured way

Determination and follow-up of the monthly and quarterly targets:
-Quantitative: Sales, invoices, registrations of vehicles, etc.
-Qualitative: Customer satisfaction (CSI/Net Promotor Score), improvement of the knowledge of the sales force in the network, leadmanagement, etc.
-Providing support to the Marketing teams in order to implement the Brand-strategies within the network
-Defining the correct commercial action plans
-Providing assistance to the Field Force in order to support them in their relation with the distribution network

Your profile:

*Master Degree in Business, Engineering or ICT.
*Fluent Dutch, French & English
*Analytical mindset
*Good knowledge of MS Office and in particular of Excel & Powerpoint
*Strong reporting, writing & presentation skills
