QSW - 'LAC' Looked after Children - North West England - Very Low Court Work
Due to our client actively trying to reduce case loads across the service, a vacancy has become available in the looked after children team. This local authority is committed to creating stronger communities and increasing resilience within children's services. Ensuring that people get the personalised care they need and additionally will create a better work life balances for the social workers.
As a Qualified Social Worth within this improving local authority, there will be low cases that you will have to deal with in court and no PLO, essential you will be dealing with the final stages of the proceedings. Making it a more streamline and less stressful working environment with constant support from the management who are always on site.
