Job Details
The School of Humanities is looking for a capable, committed and skilled administrator to work as part of the Team that delivers all aspects of administration and support to academic colleagues and students.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of exceptional customer service, good organisational skills and a high standard of IT ability in dealing with various office systems. Well-developed communication skills are essential as you will be dealing with a wide range of colleagues on a daily basis. We are seeking someone reliable and self-motivated with a positive attitude to work.
The post represents an opportunity to extend workplace/office experience in a university setting and to be part of a vibrant and varied working environment. Working within the Executive Support Office, you will assist the Senior Executive Assistant and School Manager with administrative work relating to finance, health and safety and estates, events and recruitment.
Anticipated start date: as soon as possible after interviews, which are anticipated for July 2018.
