An opportunity has arisen with a developing oncology start up company who are searching for a Surgical Sales Manager to help executive and define the strategy for their new surgical device across Switzerland. This company are just about to launch their product into the Swiss market and require an experienced sales professional with a good understanding of the oncology market in Switzerland, as well as a passion for the surgical world and the willingness to take on the challenge of taking this start up to success.


As a Surgical Sales Manager, you will be expected to bring the following skills:
* At least 8 years of medical device sales experience
* Previous experience with leadership and strategy
* Previous experience in building up / developing markets from scratch
* A good understanding of the hospital network across Switzerland
* Candidates must already be based in Switzerland with the ability to travel
