Working as an Estates Assistant, you will provide a professional front of house service ensuring that all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome. The role includes reception duties, assisting student enquiries, performing safety checks, controlling access and clearing/securing the area for closing time
We are seeking candidates with good customer service skills, who are happy to learn new skills and be part of the positive vision we are creating for the University of Bristol. Day-to-day IT skills and some form of customer service experience essential, education to NVQ/equivalent minimum is an advantage.
Due to the busy nature of the University of Bristol, opportunities for overtime working are also available on a voluntary basis.
The vacancy is for part-time (20 hours per week, evenings), and the shift pattern is 18.00 – 22.00 Monday to Friday.
