Lab Manager Role - Management Program Provided

On behalf on a Danish client I'm recruiting for a Lab Manager position in the south-west of Sealand. This is a great chance to step into a management position as they are offering a strong mentoring and management program to help new managers get settled quickly in their new role. This means that you do not need previous management experience for this role, but can instead focus on taking on a new challenge and diversify you skills whilst still knowing that your company has your back.

MY client is a generic drug manufacturer and you will be working in their brand new lab that was opened last year, where you'll get a full overview of the process from start to finish. Part of your job will involve management duties but you will still be active in the lab yourself, so you'll still find that you get to be a part of the more technical aspects so your role won't become one-sided.

Requirements:
* Has previous GMP experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field such as food.
* Management experience is advantageous but not necessary
* Must be fluent in Danish.
