Family Assessment & Support Team-Low Caseload-Improved Ofsted

I am currently representing Local authority in the South West. They are currently looking to hire for a number of roles on permanent basis in their endeavour to improve and reach a case load of 14!

My client is also looking to improve its children's services through decreasing the caseload for the social workers. This would mean more focused approach to each case and a better ability to help those children.

The team has built up a good reputation over the last few years and continues to develop its knowledge and practice in relation to parent and child fostering and parenting assessments. Their Assessing Social Workers undertake dedicated parenting assessments of parents in placement or in the community, independent of the child's social worker.

Joining them would mean working in a reputable organisation as well as working with some of the best professionals in the area.

The requirements:

-Experienced Social Worker
-Post qualifying experience of parenting assessments, safeguarding and court work
-Be able to independently undertake intense pieces of work within short timescales
-Demonstrate an analytical approach to report writing.
